What if I'm not satisfied with the shortlist?
Tell us within 7 days of delivery. We revise the shortlist once for free; if it still doesn't meet the agreed scope, we refund the fee in full. No fine print.
Do you take commissions from manufacturers?
We may earn a referral fee when we connect a buyer with a manufacturer — this is disclosed on every page of the site and never affects our comparisons or scores. Sourcing Assist is different: it is paid entirely by you, the buyer, which is exactly what keeps our advice aligned with your interests.
