Data controller
Compare Humanoids ("we", "us") is the data controller for personal data submitted through this website. For any privacy question you can reach us at hello@compare-humanoids.com.
What we collect
When you submit the quote form, the quiz-result inquiry, or the contact form we collect: your name, work email address, organization, country, primary use case, budget band, the robots you are considering, and any free-text message you add.
We do not use tracking cookies for advertising and we do not build behavioural profiles from your visits.
Why we use it
The sole purpose of the form data is to route your inquiry to the humanoid robot manufacturers, EU distributors or integrators best suited to your use case and budget, and to reply to you directly. The lawful basis is your consent, given by ticking the consent checkbox on the form (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Retention
We retain inquiry data for up to 24 months from your last interaction, so we can help with follow-up questions and product updates in the same buying cycle. After that window we delete or anonymise it.
No sale of data
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We only share it with the specific manufacturers or EU distributors relevant to your inquiry, and only to the extent needed to reply to you.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, port or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@compare-humanoids.com with your request and we will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data-protection authority.
Changes
When we make material changes to this policy we will update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated version. Return to the homepage or contact us with any questions.
