We route qualified purchase inquiries from European buyers to your sales team. You pay a referral commission per qualified lead or per closed deal.

Referral agreement

This is a plain-language summary of our standard referral agreement. Full legal document available upon request.
Parties & Scope+
Territory covers the European Economic Area plus the UK and Switzerland. Initial term of 12 months, auto-renewing monthly thereafter. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Specific robot models are listed in an annex — no blanket coverage.
Editorial Independence+
Scores and rankings are untouchable — this is written into every agreement. No exclusivity in either direction. The existence of the referral relationship is disclosed publicly on this site.
Data Protection+
Leads are shared under GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) — the lead's explicit consent. The partner acts as an independent controller for routed data and may use it solely to respond to the inquiry. Deletion requests are honoured within 30 days.
Attribution & Verification+
Every lead is routed with a unique reference ID. Partner acknowledges routing in writing within 5 business days and reports lead status monthly (contacted / quoted / won / lost). Publisher may request reasonable evidence of closed deals once per quarter.
Liability+
No warranty that leads convert; no minimum volume commitment either way. Liability capped at commissions paid in the trailing 6 months. Immediate termination for breach of independence or data-protection clauses.
Governing Law+
Belgian law. Venue to be specified in the signed agreement. VAT treatment of cross-border B2B commissions within the EU follows the standard reverse-charge mechanism.
